Coffee has moved on.

Before, your choice was black or white - if you had a choice at all. Speciality coffees are altogether different. They start with a shot of espresso prepared by your Barista.

That's the vital part. Fresh coffee beans, freshly ground and expertly extracted make all the difference.

Then comes the milk - steamed to perfection. Except, of course, if you're having an espresso or americano. Maybe speciality coffee is black and white after all - Matthew Algie
